This is the LAST TIME I intend on dealing with Lifetouch Photography. Unfortunately they hold a monopoly on school photos in my area so I will just have to go to a private studio from now on. First, they mishandled the payment for my daughters school photos which ended up costing me over $100 in bank fees, and then when I called to complain all I got was "Oh, sorry" in a matter of fact tone. I was pissed, but being the forgiving person that I am, I decided to give them another chance. I decided to order several personalized Christmas gift items from them. I have now learned that not only will the items not arrive by Christmas as promised, but...

#1 they have not even started production of them FIVE days after I placed my order,

#2 they cannot tell me why my order has not yet been produced let alone shipped,

#3 they are not willing to refund me my 2 day express shipping payment which I did to ensure Christmas delivery,

#4 they have not responded to ANY of my subsequent emails requesting a ststus update, and

#5, the local outlet has a voicemail which says "Do not leave a message here, we are gone until after the holidays. Talk to you later!".

UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I CANNOT believe these people and will never, ever, ever give them my business ever again!! EVER!!!!! 128ae83

Take your kids to PictureMe at Walmart. You can get the same package for a lot less money and you get to pick your pose. I worked for Lifetouch for years and left because I didn't appreciate their poor customer service and even worse way they treat their employees.
