The first set of pictures I got this year had a huge Glare across my sons glasses. You couldn’t even see his eyes through them and it looked horrible.
For the second set of pictures this year I wrote a note in their section for it asking to not let there be a glare on his glasses and if it couldn’t be done just take the glasses off. I get his pictures back and his glasses are on, and there is no glare, but he also has no neck now. The way the photographer told him to pose to prevent a glare distorted his face.
I’m continuously upset by the photos. Can’t the photographers look at them before confirming to see if the picture they took looks bad?
