Subject: Complaint Regarding Damaged and Incomplete Photo Order - Urgent Resolution Needed

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding my recent photo order from your company. Last week, upon receiving the photos, I was dismayed to discover that they were damaged, cut off, with one incorrect photo, and another one missing.

Upon contacting Melissa, the manager, she was understanding and assured me that the corrected photos would be sent via UPS and arrive by May 25th.

However, today, when I spoke with Jennifer, also a manager, her behavior was completely unacceptable. Not only was she rude, but she also raised her voice at me, causing me significant distress. Her lack of empathy made me feel belittled and ultimately led to tears.

Moreover, Jennifer stated that there is no guaranteed delivery date for the corrected photos and that it typically takes three weeks. While she mentioned that customer satisfaction is guaranteed and offered a full refund if we are not satisfied, she insisted that we must return the photos first.

This policy is unacceptable, as it further inconveniences the customer due to the company's error.

Furthermore, Jennifer claimed that there was no one else I could speak to regarding this matter. This lack of accountability is concerning and reflects poorly on your company's customer service standards.

I have also submitted a request online for a manager to contact me, with the assurance of a callback within 24 hours.

I expect prompt action to address these issues and provide a satisfactory resolution. I request an immediate update on the status of my complaint and a timeline for when I can expect a resolution.

I trust that you will take this matter seriously and rectify the situation.

I called today in regards to my son Track photos. Tiana Beauchamp was very rude to me very unprofessional stating if my son didn't come home with a proof sheet then that means he didn't take pictures, mind you the track Coach is the one who gave me her number to call and see why he didn't receive is pictures due to the fact the he took them and they were paid for.

She was trying to go back and forth with me and I told her it's to early in the morning for that. Her attitude is horrible. She needs to be fired. I pay for a lot of pictures through them even Football, but they definitely will be losing my business.

It was for Seneca Middle School here in Macomb Michigan. Tiana you should be a shame of yourself.

Then when you call to speak with someone the phone just hangs up. Horrible way to do business

Want to get my picture and can not order it. Already paid for it.

Ordered my sons day of graduation picture before actual graduation. Paid $35.

I got the link, fond the pictures but can not figure out how to order it.

It is Forest Park High School, Woodbridge, VA, picture #5786.

There is NO phone # to call and speak to a representative. TERRIBLE customer service!

Late yearbooks, again

Wish there were an option for zero stars. Our yearbooks are VERY late.

This is inexcusable. Lifetouch collected money from parents for months and couldn't be bothered to honor the commitment or financial obligation to supply our kids with yearbooks. It is now summer, with no opportunity for kids to have yearbooks signed. Do better!

And start handing out refunds! It's too bad the schools contract with this company.

I would never recommend Lifetouch to any consumer. We have had nothing but issues with Lifetouch for many years.

Abusive conversation with JC Penny Photography administrator in Vernon Hills IL location

Hi,

Providing feedback:

Got session with your company as a gift from Groupon from family member. Came to Vernon Hills Hawthorn mall location JCPenny and in person set up session explaining I would be coming with baby and pet.

All was good.

On April 6 around 4pm I receive call from woman administrator (didn't say her name) asking to confirm appointment for April 7 at 4pm (this is my session time). I confirmed and asked to suggest any recommendations for coming with pet, how long time it would be, etc. During conversation with administrator it appeared that original setup (when I came to store) wasn't same as she was saying. I tried explaining it was different agreement when I came to the store, but she didn't want to listen and asked me to listen to rules without interruption.

I did. She was talking long repeating same rules, and I heard that on weekend there is no much time for customers because there is many people, etc, it made me more concerned. When she stopped talking, I asked if she stopped talking so I can ask my questions. When she heard me saying that, she interrupted me immediately, said I was rude to her, and hang up the phone.

That was the whole conversation I had. Not sure if she was under drugs or how else I can explain.

Here is the feedback when having such people hired:

* is my session still there or has she cancelled that being in anger?

* Why is she asking to listen, and when I want to ask questions, not able to listen me back?

* Why there is a need to hang up and can't end up conversation in a normal way?

* Why is she blaming me throughout the whole conversation? I didn't understand the rules right, I didn't listen to her, I did interrupt her, I was rude, I deserve hanging up the phone, This is abusive behaviour.

I think woking with people requires patience to begin with, and here she was rude, but calling me rude. Abusers do that too.

I tried reaching someone else who worked in the studio to figure out what to do with the session on April 7. I don't want to prepare the baby and pet, drive there, and she will say it is not going to happen because of some other blame she will figure or maybe she cancelled. The manager was unavailable.

I need to try to contact Groupon and extend the end date, will have to provide same feedback to them.

If someone could call me back from the company, would be great 217-721-****.

Groupon is expiring end of April. With baby and pet I don't have a lot of weekends I can dedicate.

Not sure what to do with session tomorrow. Hopefully someone can help me with that.

I have been a loyal member of JCPenney portraits however since the pandemic photos have to be mailed. When I gave received my orders they have been bent and I have gone through the necessary steps to get them replaced.

This is time consuming and I have to wait longer for my photos. I placed an order with Lifetouch about 2 weeks ago. They were have a 60% site sale. However when I checked out the shipping and processing fee was more than my order but since it was a Christmas gift I ordered it any.

Yesterday I received my photos and they were bent.

I thought with the amount of suing and processing fee I paid they would be in sturdier packaging. There is no way now that I can get these pictures replaced before Christmas.

I'm unfamiliar with what the yearbook is, and they didn't explain in the order that it was only for the 8th graders. I ordered it for my son who is in 4th grade, but they didn't show when I tried to call the school. Both Gilbert Spruance and Lifetouch are horrible, as they don't care about the parents in all areas.

They cant get things right. Its been my 5th time contacting them for the same issues.

And this last time, they asked me many questions for security reasons, and so they can send me the right picture.

But then on the confirmation email, it shows a students name that doesnt belong to us. Whats the purpose of the verification, and where is the security of that?

They didn't upload my son's cap and gown pictures to the server and basically said they can't resend someone and my son is just *** out of luck

Photographer was not right person for job

Photographer rushed kids through with no warning of picture being taken. My daughters long hair was sticking straight out, Photographer had no concern to let kids fix anything or even mention it.

Prices are ridiculous!!! I'll also just throw that in there.
