This is the second time this school year, 2017-2018, that I have paid for pictures with them and they can not find the order! Although I paid online, they can't see my payment but it shows it was made there and with my bank.
The first time my son took picture, I never received the pictures! This time they sent me home a sheet to make picture selections as if I hadn't made my selections and paid for them already.
I had to argue with them to send me my child's pictures, which will now take 3-4 weeks. Judging from the complaints and reviews, schools need to stop using them PERIOD.
