waited 4 weeks for pictures that NEVER came! I called and got a total IDIOT on the phone....gave her the portrait ID 5 different times and she STILL could not find pictures......then she says she thinks they were sent to the school....NOT!

she could not understand English well and kept repeating herself about the ID codes.....I was so fed up I told her to just credit my bank card back and she did NOT understand that either...I asked for a supervisor to talk to and got one.......SAME THING the supervisor could not validate the portrait ID codes for my pictures but yet I have been charged for them 4 weeks ago and what is worse the so called supervisor says this happens frequently, codes not matching orders!!! What kind of sorry business is this??? Will NEVER order again from them. I AGAIN asked for a credit on my card and she said she would refund me....IF that money does not show up in my bank in 5 business days I will call my bank and file a complaint with Better Business Bureau!

SORRY SORRY customer service! IDIOTS!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $70.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I have called multiple times about cancelling my order and every time I have been given the run around. I hope I get my FULL REFUND.
