Seriously the worst school picture company to deal with! I always have to sit on hold for at least 10 minutes when I call. Don't bother requesting a call back because you won't get one. None of the people that answer the phone speak English as a first language and they all have different answers every single time. You can view your child's pictures online 24 hours after pictures. No, 2-3 days after pictures. No, they are only viewable online for...

How in the world can you not make an elementary school kid smile for a photo? I have had so many issues including getting photos of a not smiling child, hair sticking out or jacked up, when my son was younger and he tried to smile he would roll his gums over his teeth, (like Jim Carey's Fire Marshall character). They come to the school and are over priced. First year I ordered a lot of pictures. When they arrived at the school I got 1 8x10 picture. I had to call and wait 3 hours for someone to talk to me. It took another 2 to convince them, that yes, I really was missing my photos. 4 months later I finally got the pictures that I had paid for. When my first child was in K, the way they operated seemed ok enough now they've changed their practices to make more money and then don't provide what they are supposed.I ordered a portraint package that was to include the Class photo (the one with all the students and teacher). My son took more cash, than package required, to school. The people from lifetouch said, "we dont give cash back." NOWHERE ON THE PAMPHLET, I RECIEVED FROM OUR SCHOOL, did it say, 'EXACT AMOUNT' or 'NO CASH BACK'! They ripped us off! I called them and not once but, twice the person called me a liar about it stating that on their form. Then I asked to talk with someone else, she came back on and just took my info, said someone will call me! WTF?...

I have had problems in the past where I've paid for photos and yearbooks that I never received.I am having an issue now ordering my son's soccer photos. The photographer would not take his packet, and he was told that we needed to go online. So, why did we get packets. I tried to order online, but I need a pass code. When I called the 800 number, I was told that they are probably not pre-ordering, but that I should expect a proof within a week...

As a student whose school has hired Lifetouch for many years, many students, myself included, feel that for school pictures, Lifetouch is certainly not accommodating or friendly. One particularly bad experience was one year, when while fixing students' hair, they used one comb on everyone. This is extremely unsanitary. They also have the students pose in extremely unflattering positions, that can not be altered by a single hair on their head...

My child got her picture taken in mid august we ordered them a couple weeks later and we still haven't gotten them though a lot of others have. Its taking way too long!

You didn't spell my granddaughters name right you didn't send her pictures nor did any of the kids get a full class picture of all the kids. You people stink. I'm very unhappy. Pat Hannon.
