Lifetouch Photography - Poor Quality Product/Customer Service
We were photographed by Lifetouch for our church directory and opted to buy portraits as part of this experience. Unfortunately, our original prints were overcropped, either cutting the tops of our heads or cropping so tightly that our heads were cut off when the pictures were put in the frame. After requesting recropped prints, the lab simply resent the same EXACT overcropped prints that we received the first time. Though, they did manage to get it right on the THIRD set of prints. Next time we decide to do family portraits, we'll probably opt for a reputable local photographer rather than an unknown out-of-town company.
Do Not Do It! My whole church was very dissatisfied. We have high dollar personal orders still not received it's been over a month since the promised ship date. You can only call customer service during business hours when everyone works and it takes 45 minutes...Read more
Lifetouch Photography - Horrible company, nightmare service, uncaring photograper (Richard Gomez)
Received an envelope from Lifetouch/Prestige titled "Portraits" with only one photo/pose inside of my son's senior yearbook photo. Tried everyday to communicate with the company and photographer, Richard Gomez with no luck until in my last email to Richard Gomez I cc it to an attorney. This is their first year at Atlantic High and hopefully their last. When I asked for a retake, Mr. Gomez said it was too late and their company was closed until next year, too late for any changes. They took my money for the sitting session of less than 60 seconds. "Hurry up! Move along!" Yearbook senior portraits are for great memories and not suppose to be a nightmare!" Lifetouch Photography - Where are my pictures?
Never received my daughters school pictures, customer service wasn't helpful at all. They then tried to tell me that they would send me a "complimentary" high resolution photo to my email but that was already included in my order. For school pictures I will be taking my daughter elsewhere.

Lifetouch Photography - Horrible photographer
The photographer took a picture of my daughter with her eyes closed. This picture will be used in my daughters yearbook and is currently being used on her school id. Not only that, I paid an extra $8 to have her name on the picture and it’s not even her name. Had I know her pictures would look like that, I never would have ordered them, especially with her eyes closed.
They continually email promo codes to order their horrible photos. I finally decided to order one double photo set. I went to use the promo code at checkout and it said it was expired. It was not according to their email, as it was a one day promo code for Cyber Monday...Read more
