Lifetouch Photography - Bad pictures

Would it hurt the photographer to move hair out of kids face before taking a picture ?! Or to actually wait until they’re smiling ... then there’s the big glare on the glasses!! The pictures that i’ve bought this school year for my 3 kids are just bad, i’m tired of having to do the retakes and write notes to the photographer to do they’re job !! I’m not buying into them anymore ..such a waste

Lifetouch Photography - Very Dissatisfied

All of my order forms where not completely filled out. The told me that they where going to send a helper since my center is big and they only sent one. This company never does anything they say they are going to do. Last year they spelled my business name wrong. I will never use this place again

Lifetouch Photography - Totally unprofessional

We advertised picture day for a little over 2 weeks to our families, the company contacted us 30 minutes prior to picture time to cancel. This is totally unprofessional and a waste of time and energy.

The first set of pictures I got this year had a huge Glare across my sons glasses. You couldn’t even see his eyes through them and it looked horrible. For the second set of pictures this year I wrote a note in their section for it asking to not let there be a glare on...

Lifetouch Photography - They Lost my pictures & won't refund me

My son took pictures 10/14/17 life touch says images can't be found I've emailed and called speaking to the supervisor name Karen over 20 times trying to get a refund and I keep getting the same old run around. They won't refund me my money that they clearly see that I paid.
