I ordered school pictures in the fall... they were fine.

Then in the spring I did not order pictures and this company is forcing me to pay for photos I did not want, did not order. I attempted to return them and they refused to take them! If I don't pay the school said they would have to penalize my daughter? She's 8!

I'm so pissed off . I email the company..

two days later I got a generic email that did not relate to what I wrote at all. I will never order pictures from this company!

I agree, this deceptive practice is against the law, if not it should be!! I filed a complaint in the Spring because I never got the order form to order my sons pictures.

No they are shoving pictures we don't want down our throat.

It's hard to scrap $45 to buy pictures. I don't feel I'm obligated to buy or return pictures I didn't order.
