My experience with Lifetouch has been nothing but a pain in the rear. I ordered online to get packages for my two kids and received one, but not the other.

They lost his order number and I had to SEND A PHOTO of my kid in order for them to even locate his pics!!! Then, they couldn't get my address right and supposedly sent them to another town. All of this was after numerous phone calls and emails. I'm advocating that the school never use them again.

His school pictures were in Sep. and it's now Jan.

11!! He'll be a grown man by the time I get them.
