Lifetouch Photography - Terrible Customer Service
Our church encouraged parishioners to sign up for sessions so that families could be included in the parish directory. We secured a time and received an email confirmation. On our way to the appointment we realized a location for the photo shoot was not included in the email.
Our parish has multiple buildings and after checking a few locations we arrived 10 minutes late. My husband and I assumed this would not be too much of an issue since the email also stated the session would be an hour.
When walking to the check in table we were โgreetedโ very coldly. We were told we were late and the day was booked so we would not be able to get our picture taken. I explained to the woman registering parishioners that we were confused about the location when the photographer stormed out of the room yelling and asking if we were the 2:30 appointment.
We explained that we were indeed the 2:30 appointment and before we could even finish our sentence the photographer continued yelling that we were too late and would have to make an appointment next week. Why she would think that we would ever consider spending our money on such poor customer service is beyond me. We will not be giving them our business and as you can see based on other reviews you probably shouldnโt either.
